Synopsis Les Animaux Fantastiques

Quand Les animaux fantastiques commence, on est en 1926 et Norbert Dragonneau , magizoologiste de renom, vient de terminer un voyage d’exploration au cours duquel il a découvert et répertorié un nombre extraordinaire de créatures magiques. Il fait escale à New York, où il pense passer un bref séjour sans surprise, mais c’est compter sans un Non-Maj (terme américain pour désigner les Moldus) du nom de Jacob, une valise magique égarée et la fuite de certains de ses animaux fantastiques, qui mettent en danger tant le monde des sorciers que celui des Non-Maj.
